Pre-Ballet class is designed for students age 3 and up & this fun class focuses on creative movement and basic ballet technique.
Students can wear any comfortable clothing that they can move easily in. Fall classes begin September 5th, 2023!

Beginning Ballet
Beginning Ballet classes are designed for ages 5 and up, and this class focuses on basic ballet technique including stretching and barre work. The dress code for beginning ballet is a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, with hair in a bun.

Elementary Ballet
Elementary Ballet classes are designed for students age 5 and up, with a focus on ballet technique, including stretching and barre work. The dress code for Elementary Ballet & Tap is a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers/ black tap shoes, with hair in a bun. Fall classes begin September 5th 2023!

Intermediate
Intermediate Ballet & Jazz classes are designed for students age 7 and up.
Mondays FULL 4:30-6:00 Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 Fridays 4:00-5:30
This class features one hour of ballet technique combined with 30 minutes of jazz, this is a fun & challenging class for 7-9 year olds who want one class/week. Fall Classes begin September 5th, 2023!
The dress code for Intermediate level students is a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, with hair in a bun.

Intermediate II Ballet & Jazz
Intermediate Ballet & Jazz classes are designed for students age 7 and up.
This class features one hour of ballet technique combined with 30 minutes of jazz, and it’s a fun & challenging class for this age group.
The dress code for Intermediate level students is a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, with hair in a bun.

Level I FULL
This class is designed for students ages 9 and up and meets twice a week, including pre-pointe. Fall classes begin September 5th, 2023!
Level 1 Ballet focuses on developing strength and flexibility at the barre and in the center. Pre-Pointe class is included on Tuesdays to develop foot and core strength for pointe shoes in Level 2. The dress code for Level 1 is a black leotard (any style), pink convertible ballet tights, and pink split-sole canvas ballet slippers, with hair in a neat bun.
Ballet training gets more serious at DcD in Level 1. Students should arrive at class early, expect to receive corrections in class, and should be able to apply corrections from the teacher quickly. Students are expected to have near-perfect attendance in classes, and should arrive to the studio early enough to stretch quietly in the hall before class begins.

Level 2
Level 2 Ballet & Pointe is designed for students who have completed Level 1 Ballet & Pre-Pointe. Fall Classes begin September 5th, 2023!
Level 2 is an hour and a half, twice/week ballet class on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00-6:30 with increased barre & center work and includes a pointe class on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30. The dress code for this class is black leotard (any style), pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and pointe shoes with hair in a bun.
Ballet training gets more serious at DcD in Level 2. Students should expect to receive corrections in class, and they should be able to apply corrections from the teacher quickly. Level 3
Level 3 includes ballet, pointe and modern (Horton technique) with ballet class twice/week, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00-6:30 and modern class on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00 and Pointe class on Thursdays from 6:45-7:30 All are included in Level 3. The dress code is black leotard (any style), pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and pointe shoes with hair in a bun.

Level 4 Ballet & Pointe is designed for students who have completed Level 3 Ballet. Fall Classes begin September 5th 2023! There are 3 classes/week, which focus on correct placement, stretching and strengthening.
The dress code for this class is black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and pointe shoes with hair in a bun.

Level V
Level 5 classes are designed for students have completed Level 1, 2, and 3 and Pointe. Advanced level classes focus on building strong ballet, modern and pointe technique in a professional and nurturing atmosphere.
The dress code for this class is any solid color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers/ pointe shoes, with hair in a bun.

TUITION SIGN UP FEE
To register at DcD we require a non-refundable $35 sign-up fee per family, per year. Once registered, your tuition will charged to your card on the 3rd of the month from September-June.
